Leaf in Motion - Yunnan Spring Retreat March 2026

A global retreat practice guided by land, season, and an East x West embodied living.

Our Philosophy

Inner clarity · Outer vitality

Leaf in Motion is built on the belief that clarity comes through movement —
movement across lands, through seasons, and within the self.

Each retreat is a temporary home where we slow down, work in, and reconnect —
with the land, with others, and with our own inner rhythm.

If you hear yourself saying:

I want something real.”

“I want to feel grounded again.”

“I want to experience a place, not consume it.”

“I need a pause before my next move.”

Leaf in Motion is FOR YOU!

Why Yunnan?

Yunnan sits at a rare crossroads — where mountains, rivers, ethnic traditions, and ancient trade routes meet.

It is a land known for: slow rhythms, deep roots, diversity of culture and landscape, and a strong connection between daily life and nature.

Here, time feels different.

The land invites listening rather than striving, making it an ideal container for slowing down, reconnecting, and recalibrating.

This retreat is not about “escaping” life,
But about finding steadiness within it.
